✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable


🔁 Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

  4. Return or replacement instructions will be shared via WhatsApp or Email


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer


🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Free replacement will be provided for damaged or incorrect products

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is from our side

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
